Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Robin at robin.closekit.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Nick Persico ("I", "me", or "my").

2. Description of Service

Robin is a round-robin lead assignment tool for Close CRM. It reads leads from your Close account using filters you define, and automatically assigns them to members of your team in rotation order. The Service is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Close CRM.

3. Eligibility

You must have a valid Close CRM account to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to connect your Close account and to authorize the Service to read and update lead data on your behalf.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any group configurations, lead list filters, and rotation settings you provide.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Close's terms of service.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Close account credentials.

5. Data Access

The Service accesses your Close account using OAuth 2.0. You may revoke this access at any time through your Close account settings. Revoking access will stop Robin from polling and assigning leads, but will not delete assignment history already recorded.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. I do not guarantee any specific uptime or reliability. Lead assignments may be delayed, interrupted, or missed due to issues with the Service, Close's API, or third-party infrastructure. I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. I DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, MISSED LEAD ASSIGNMENTS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
